Approach:
Rebuilding AD permission for local admins, 17 GPO delegations using Princeple of Least Privilege in mind. Hardening Active Directory using PingCastle to find misconfiguration and weaknesses. Hardening M365 using Purple Knight and other assessment tools to find weaknesses. Raising secure s croe from 52% to 60% with a potential to reach 71% pending changes.
Lessons learned:
This can‘t be a side project, we will fall behind very quickly if this is not priority at all times.
